Sun. 3/02/08- Ran 15 miles around Lake Padden, up Horse Trails and made a loop up Galbraith Moutain and back to the Swimming area. I felt awesome, and hopefully by next week I'll be able to do my first workout.

Mon. 3/03/08- Did not run, had a doctor's appointment and I had a virus infection on my foot, and Doc told me he needed to freeze and scrape the infections. So afterwards I was hobbling around and there was no way I was going to be able to run.

Tues. 3/04/08- did not run foot hurt too much.

Wed. 3/05/08- 11 miles around Bellingham going up Hemlock trail, back down and over Sehome hill. (hill is an understatement) It was night time and got a beautiful view of the San Juans and Bellingham Bay as the sun was setting. Man did I miss the NW.

Thur. 3/06/07- easy 10 miles early morning.

Friday 3/07/08- Ran an easy 7 miles, and played indoor soccer for about 2/1/2 hours which was more of a workout than my 7 miles of running.

Sat. - Ran 9 miles early this morning and am a little sore from yesterday with all that sprinting and lateral movement from playing soccer. But I took it real easy as tomorrow is my long run. I have yet to stop in Fairhaven Runner's since I've returned from Ontario so I'm thinking I'll stop by tomorrow after my long run.

Sun3/09/2008-ran 16 miles at Galbraith Mountain and found snow was still up there. I say 16 miles but it could have been less or more. All I know is that I ran for 2 hours and one minute. It took me 42 minutes to reach the top, and then I hit the random trails up there. I usually end up not knowing where the hell I am when I do this, and seem to always get lost. I always find a trail that I remember, but it is really easy to get lost in the wooded trails and end up in Sudden Valley or Lake Padden. Either way I finished my run early and added on 20 minutes in Whatcom Falls park.

Monday 3/10/08- an easy 12 miler on INterurban trail.

Tuesday 3/11/08- an easy 10 miler through Ferndale

Wednesday 3/12/08 hit Galbraith again for a 13 miler. the hills are starting to get a little easier. Sadly my watch broke today, and have no clue how long I ran but can estimate how long the run is after doing it a few dozen times now.

Thursday 3/13/08 was along the Chuckanut and went up Fragrance Lake to Cleator, and ended up messing up foot pretty bad on Clayton Beach trail near the end of my run. I hobbled back and it didn't look good.

Friday 3/14/08- no chance of running on foot

Saturday 3/15/08- still no chance.

Sunday 3/16/08 no running, and still no watch.

Monday 3/17/08- St Patty's Day, still no running

Tuesday 3/18/08- foot is feeling better, but just in case I'm gonna take another day off. On a side note St. Patrick's Day was a blast, and was in no mood to run anyways.

Wednesday 3/19/08- ahh ha!! the First day back and it was a awesome!! Leg is still a little bruised on my shin, but foot and ankle seems to be strong. So I'm gonna try and get back to regular routine on Friday. On a side note, GO COUGS!!!
