InspirationI watched the MT. PACS championships this weekend and was inspired by my old teammates to start running seriously again. Thanks for the inspiration Cougs! So I'm gonna try and get my fat ass out the door every day and hopefully run a 5k by the end of spring, and road races in the summer.
